What does a Care Compliance Auditor do?
Rachel’s role is all about making sure that every care plan and risk assessment is carried out to the highest standard. She is the detail-focused eye that ensures nothing is missed, and that the care we provide is always safe, effective, and tailored to individual needs.
Her responsibilities include:

Auditing care plans and risk assessments across all our sites

Checking that every assessment is thorough, complete, and in line with Cherish values

Ensuring that clients are seen within our Service Level Agreements with councils

Raising concerns and actions with our leadership team to keep standards consistent and high

Supporting and training new assessors so that best practices are maintained across the board
