I recently had a patient who passed away, and despite his passing, the caregivers continued to visit and attend to him, including putting his teeth in and freshening him up. Witnessing their dedication and care deeply moved me. It’s truly remarkable to see such compassion in action.

Our Journey
Cherish is a family-owned care and support organisation that was founded by Wendy Watson in 2005. We have steadily grown over the years and have earned a reputation for our personalised approach and unwavering dedication to the well-being of our clients. With a team of experienced and compassionate professionals, the company continues to set new standards in the industry, ensuring that everyone under its care receives the support and attention they deserve.
We have several offices across the North West of England and have grown our services from a humble start in Homecare to Supported Living, Reablement services – including dedicated services for patients leaving hospital and palliative care. In addition we operate a Childrens residential home division that specialises in complex looked after children using a therapy led/parenting approach. We work closely with a number of Councils, NHS bodies and private clients and employ around 800.
As our business and services have expanded and adapted, some things have not changed. We operate our services on a bedrock of values and have staunchly remained family owned with a new generation of family members at the helm.
