Branch Leadership Programme (BLP):
We are excited to announce the launch of the Cherish UK Branch Leadership Programme 2024. Our managers have been formally invited to join this new management development initiative.
As leaders within the branch, they have a significant responsibility overseeing a large team of field staff. Our aim is to equip them with the necessary tools to excel in their roles and become more independent within the branch. The Branch Leadership Programme consists of 12 full-day workshops spread over 4 separate weeks, each with a specific theme:
– 24th, 25th, and 26th of September: Managing People
– 22nd, 23rd, and 24th of October: Managing Operations
– 26th, 27th, and 28th of November: Managing for High Performance
– 7th, 8th, and 9th of January: Managing Yourself
By the end of the Programme, they will have the tools and knowledge to be the best managers and leaders they can be. We are confident that they will enjoy the workshops and strengthen their network and position within Cherish.
